Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by client

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for workshops and classes. Private readings and mentoring sessions need at least 48 hours' notice for a refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.

Cancellation by us

If we need to cancel any session, we will issue a full refund.

Rescheduling

For requests made outside the 48-hour window, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. If we need to reschedule, we will offer alternative dates, with a full refund if none suit you.

Emergency cancellations

In the event of an emergency, we understand that you may not be able to provide us with the required notice. In such cases, we will make every effort to be understanding and flexible.
